Assembly Operative

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Resin Shop Assembler for our client based in Dunmow on a temporary to permanent basis.

Main purpose of the role is to follow written instructions and work on machinery, cutting and preparing metal moulds with care and assembly resin moulds.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Follow written work instructions
• Follow Health and safety procedures - use of suits, gloves, respirators, safety shoes.
• Weighing out and mix polyurethane and epoxy resin, hardener and fillers
• Clean and preparing metal moulds with care, Apply release agent and assembly.
• Use of vacuum systems to fill moulds with resin
• Follow detailed inspection procedures
• Sand blasting components
• Packing finished goods
• Sanding and Polishing
• Flexible approach to work in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:

• Machine Operating experience.
• Work to tight deadlines
• Previous Moulding experience
• Use of hand tools
• Excellent verbal, written and critical thinking skills.

This position is a 38 hour week Mondy to Friday

In return our client offers a salary of £11.52 per hour with a 10% bonus paid at the end of the calendar year.
