What you'll be doing

We are looking for an Asset Management Coordinator to Support the Programme Manager in executing the Asset Management Strategy by coordinating team activities in stock condition assessments, programs, and building surveying. Strengthen the team's connection with customers, ensuring smooth communication channels for addressing program-related issues. Foster a culture of accountability within the team, promoting prompt issue ownership and resolution.

  • Develop work procedures to support the Programme manager to lead the team effectively.
  • Create documents and maintain an overall operational plan for the team.
  • Lead third-party contractor meetings to ensure alignment of reported data with program information as provided to the stock investment manager.
  • Resolve administrative queries within the team's scope and manage overall team schedule, escalating issues to the Programme Manager when necessary.
  • Validate and analyse data captured from surveys, liaising with Surveyors to ensure data is consistent and accurate.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Strong planning and organizational skills for coordinating processes and teams effectively.
  • Experience in collating information from diverse sources and organizations and analysing data for reporting.
  • Proficient in various IT systems, including Microsoft Office, ensuring high accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at both phone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage diverse workloads independently, delivering excellent and timely service while resolving issues innovatively.
