Asset Management Lead

Teqniq is searching for a Asset Management Lead to work in the public sector.

36 hours per week.

3 months contract.

08:00-17:00

Job Description:

Major Works Programme Manager - £600+ per day Umbrella to the candidate.

**Must have ALL of the following criteria to be shortlisted for an interview**
1. 5+ years of planned/capital works surveying experience in housing refurbishment contracts
2. 5+ years management of 8+ technical staff members.
3. Have a strong contract management background in housing refurbishment contracts within a local authority or housing assn.
4. Lead on the management of multiple housing refurbishment contracts/projects ranging from £150k to £25 million.
5. Lead on housing refurbishment contracts procurement.
6. Lead on the programming of Planned/Capital Works Programmes.
