A rare opportunity has arisen to be responsible for the management and maintenance of the Authority’s Asset Management systems. The role will be responsible for liaising with the Authority’s property consultants and landowners to secure new sites either through purchase or lease.

The Asset Officer will work closely with the Director of Finance and the Director of Operations as well as flexibly across the three Directorates. You will need to work proactively on a range of sites from moorings and boathouses to visitor services facilities to ensure site records and inspections are kept up to date.

Applicants should be to demonstrate similar experience and be competent in Microsoft applications including Office, Teams and SharePoint. Knowledge of property issues, Heads of Terms and GIS is essential.

The role will be a mixture of office and home based. However, while the candidate is new to the role, they will be initially office based. However, subject to the candidate successfully completing tasks, the role will be split between home and the office. This will be subject to a trial period.
