This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor to work on an impressive portfolio of diverse and high-profile projects spanning sectors such as commercial, education, and heritage.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will gain valuable, hands-on experience across a wide range of services including defect diagnosis, party wall matters, dilapidations, technical due diligence, and condition surveys.

The position offers the ideal platform for an Assistant Building Surveyor keen to accelerate their career within a forward-thinking consultancy, well-regarded for its supportive approach to APC training and structured professional development.

The AssistantBuilding Surveyor

  • BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
  • At least one year of consultancy experience
  • Eager to complete APC and become a Chartered Surveyor
