An independent property consultancy, with 2 offices across the UK, are looking to bolster their Bristol team with a driven Assistant Building Surveyor.

The Assistant Building Surveyors' role

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be exposed to a wide variety of sectors such as office, industrial, leisure and retail, working closely with the team in managing a range of projects.

This role offers the Assistant Building Surveyor the exposure to both project and professional, with day to day responsibilities varying from defect diagnosis, TDD, building surveys, party wall and dilapidations to design and contract administration services.

The Assistant Building Surveyor

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • Keen to complete APC
  • Previous consultancy experience
