The Role
This is a great opportunity to join a thriving national corporate finance firm that advises multinationals and SMEs on a variety of strategic situations including M&A, debt advisory and transaction services. The Associate will be responsible for executing a range of financial transactions and providing strategic advice to clients.
The Candidate
As a qualified ACA/ACCA with experience at an audit/accounting practice, you will be a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual, who is seeking a long-term career in corporate finance. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will also ideally have exposure to deals, M&A and/or transaction advisory.
The Company
A national business advisory firm specialising in corporate finance, forensics, debt advisory and restructuring. They have successfully advised clients recently in a broad range of sectors including professional services, automotive and private equity.
