Audit Administrator
Looking for a new role in business administration?
Our growing team is seeking an Audit Administrator to support our procurement solutions function in auditing supplier sales declarations. This key role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and engagement with a range of teams and stakeholders.
This is a hybrid fixed role with the requirement to attend the Salford office

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the senior team members with the delivery of project support, business development through practice management related administrative tasks.
- Assisting in the maintenance of relevant internal systems / databases.
- Analysing financial / contractual data pre and post external audit.
- Collating, checking, and analysing spend and declaration data.
- Checking accuracy and reliability of financial reports and records.
- Liaising with managerial staff and presents findings and recommendations.
- Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation, and regulations are correctly followed and applied.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience of a busy administrative role in an office environment.
- Professional customer focus with excellent organisation skills.
- IT literate with MS Office skills.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with good attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with the desire to progress.

Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum
