We are recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking accountancy practice in the midst of significant growth, currently on the lookout for a qualified accountant or an exceptional finalist to join our expanding audit team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous audit experience within a practice environment to take on a pivotal role in their firm.

Day to day of the role:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring adherence to auditing standards and regulations.
  • Plan, execute, and meticulously review audit fieldwork.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports and effectively communicate findings to clients.
  • Provide mentorship to junior staff members, offering guidance on technical matters.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent experience in the field.
  • Robust technical knowledge of auditing standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong analytical abilities.
