Automotive Senior Centre Manager

Protyre is a fast-growing national automotive company offering superb training and development opportunities. We are currently seeking an experienced and technical Automotive Senior Centre Manager to join our growing team.

The Senior Centre Manager would be responsible for delivering the company business objectives through effective management and co-ordination of the Centre also including overseeing our team of truck technicians.

· Salary: £35,000-£40,000 + bonus + benefits

About you:

· The ideal candidate will have proven success as a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager within the Automotive industry

· Some experience with Truck/Commercial work

· A full UK Driving Licence is required for this role.

· Demonstrable success in a sales environment

· Technical or Mechanical experience

· Experience of managing multiple priorities

· Working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety requirements

· A good understanding of car technology

· Outstanding customer service skills

· Experience of account management

About the role:

· Managing and motivating the team, driving the teams sales and providing training to the team when necessary

· Leading the operation and daily running of the depot

· Maintain the security of the branch, its stock, assets, customer information, and takings.

· Maintain accurate stock control systems and processes and make available for audit in accordance with company guidelines.

· Ensure that equipment and machinery is regularly maintained and serviced to allow safe operation.

· Ensure stock deliveries are stored and booked into stock on the day of delivery
