BANKING & FINANCE SOLICITOR, 5+ YEARS PQE, HAMPSHIRE, £EXCELLENT + BENEFITS - Excellent opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading law firms. JOB REF: 5907.

• This leading law firm is looking for a lawyer to join their close-knit Banking and Finance team
• The role will involve a broad range of matters, advising on mid-market secured lending transactions, acquisition and leveraged debt, real estate finance and asset financing.
• Applications are sought from Banking & Finance Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will have exceptional communication skills and work well within a team environment.
• A highly regarded national firm that offers a range of trusted and straight forward legal advice to corporate organisations, local authorities / government bodies, contractors, charities, and investors.
