Our client, a leading premium name in the professional cosmetics/skincare industry, is on the lookout for a qualified Beauty Therapist to join their elite team in their Flagship clinic. As a Beauty Therapist, you'll play a key role in ensuring every client enjoys an unforgettable experience. Your mission: to showcase your knowledge/talents while building lasting relationships that drive client retention and growth. From consultations, to providing treatments and boosting product sales, your contribution will maintain the highest standards of excellence within the industry.

Position: Beauty Therapist

Salary: £30,000 + Highly Rewarding, Uncapped Commission Structure + Company Benefits (Holiday Entitlement + 1 day for your Birthday, 65% Discount on Products and Spa Treatments within the clinic, £50-100 Monthly Product allowance for personal use, Standard pension contributions of 5% employer and 3% employee & more!)

Location: Chelsea, London, SW3

Duration: Permanent, Full-time, 5 days per week (Mon-Sun on a rota)

Start Date: Immediate (subject to notice period)

Candidate Requirements:

• 1-4+ years of beauty therapist experience
• Level 3 beauty or higher qualification
• Passion for cosmetics/skincare and dedication to exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Retail experience would also be preferred
