Description

  • Billing Coordinator:
  • Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes
  • Month-end closing of the billing group information
  • Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes
  • Assist with the implementation of a new billing system
  • Special projects as requested by senior management
  • Personnel development; staff meetings
  • Provide solutions to billing issues
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, and meet deadlines

Profile

A successful 'Billing Controller' should have:

  • Strong knowledge in accounting software
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
