Salary: £36k - £38k

Location: Cannon Street, London

2 days a week in office

My client is an exciting consultancy that is looking for a permanent project billing specialist to join their finance team to manage the billing needs for EMEA and the US.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project invoices and compile supporting client documentation.
• Maintain the invoice tracker.
• Assist with daily billing queries.
• Monitor WIP and collaborate with Project Accountants to manage unbilled items, ensuring timely billing.
• Upload invoices and manage login credentials for various client online portals.
• Follow up with clients to confirm receipt and processing of invoices.
• Monitor timesheets and process monthly mass timesheet approvals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years previous experience of working in a billing role within the project space.
• Experience managing WIP.
• Large systems experience - Oracle experience desirable.
• Strong excel skills.
