You will be working for a industry leading business who have experienced rapid growth over the last two years and are showing no signs of slowing down. They are a global business based in Manchester City Centre boasting welcoming ,modern offices.

This is a full time, permanent role that is ideal for an established Supervisor or an experienced Biller who looking to make the step into management. You will be fully responsible for your own region and ensure the Billing cycle is as efficient as possible. Your main duties will include; day to day management of the team, 121's with your team, acting as point of escalation, develop & up skill the team, guide the department through system implementations, day to day billing tasks and of course recruiting as and when required. This job suits someone who enjoys both management and still being full involved with the Billing.

The business are welcoming applications from experienced Billers who want to make that first step into management with full management training being provided. Established Supervisors are of course also of interest.

As a company, there is an outstanding track record of progression with two Supervisors being promoted internally in the last 6 months. This rare opportunity for someone with no prior management experience to make that step is very hard to come by.
