The Block Manager will oversee a small team and be responsible for the following:

  • Proactively developing service levels across the portfolio to exceed client expectations
  • Keep up to date with legislation.
  • Regularly visit the properties in the portfolio.
  • Carry out site inspections on each visit.
  • Represent the managing agent in a professional manner.

The successful Block Manager will:

  • Ideally have at least 2 years Block Management experience within a similar role.
  • Be hard working with impeccable customer service skills.
  • Preferably be IRPM accredited.
  • Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload.
  • A well-presented individual.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive, above-and-beyond attitude to meet the clients’ and firms’ objectives.
  • Ability to multi-task whilst keeping a high standard with a keen eye for detail.
  • An overall professional and calm manner.

The talented Senior Block Manager will join a vibrant team in the heart of NW London, West Hampstead.
