Block Manager

Location: London HA8 7JX

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year (dependent on experience)

A successful Property Management company in Edgware is seeking a Block Manager to join their team. This dynamic residential block management firm is expanding, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing their own portfolio of properties of varying sizes. While IRPM qualifications are desirable, the company is willing to assist the right candidate in obtaining these qualifications.

Key qualities required for this role include previous experience in a similar position, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a commitment to providing exceptional client service, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities of the role will include addressing client issues on a day-to-day basis to ensure quick and efficient resolutions, conducting site inspections and overseeing contractor work, assisting in the preparation and distribution of service charge budgets, coordinating with internal accounts, supporting with Section 20 works, attending residents' meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and maintaining proficiency in Health & Safety practices.
