Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 (DOE)

We are currently partnered with a fantastic company in searching for a driven and flexible Bookkeeper. Using a blended work-model, 2 days of the week you will be required to work from their clients’ workplace whilst having the opportunity to also work from home and within their offices.

Responsibilities

  • Managing your own portfolio of Clients’ Accounts
  • Preparing and finalising Management Accounts for SME Clients ranging from £1m to £5m
  • Bookkeeping duties
  • Personal Tax
  • Audit
  • Providing bespoke accountancy and taxation advice
  • Co-ordination and management of payroll, VAT and administration duties

Skills/ Requirements

  • AAT qualified or similar with previous accounting experience
  • Must be able to drive and have own car in visiting clients
  • Excellent IT skills - must be able to use Excel, Safe and Xero
  • Proactive attitude and self-motivated approach to work
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to develop and maintain strong working relationships
