About the role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Building Safety Data Compliance Officer to join our team in London on a full-time permanent basis. We currently operate on a hybrid working model where employees work 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remotely.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and updating property data relating to building safety remediation ensuring that it is catalogued and managed accurately to support the production of The Golden Thread and regulatory building safety cases.
The role offers a competitive salary of £44,415 per annum plus £4,000 inner London supplement and provides some great benefits including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays & partnership days and the option to buy additional days, up to 9% matched pension contribution, healthcare cash back plan, plus many more.
About the Team
Our Building Safety Remediation Team is responsible for building safety investigations, remediation and installations, and for setting up the systems required to deliver the requirements of future building safety legislation and guidance. This is a newly formed team led by our Director of Sustainability and Building Safety Remediation, and it is an exciting time to join Guinness to help shape how the organisation works to ensure our buildings are safe.
