Building Services Maintenance Engineer

Job Title: Shift Engineer

Location: West End, Bond Street

Working pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off

Shifts: Days and nights

Salary: £42,000 (potentially rising to £45,000 6 months into contract)

What we need:

We are looking for a multiskilled shift engineer to assist the current team in maintaining our commercial building sites in London. This role will be with one of the markets leading FM providers in London

Your Key Duties:

• PPM's and reactive maintenance
• Administration (logging work, reporting issues)
• Operating the BMS
• Heating systems
• Working with capacitors
• Power distribution units
• Working knowledge on circuit boards
• Single phase and three phase motors
• Emergency lighting (Recording of Testing)
• Water Treatment including cooling towers and pool plant operation
• Operating CAFM systems

Experience Needed:

• Minimum 3 years building service maintenance experience

Qualifications Needed:

• NVQ or City & Guilds level 3 in electrical installation
• City & Guilds 2391 in inspection and testing (Bonus)
• LV AP (Bonus)
• HV AP (Bonus)
• 18th edition (Bonus)
• Eligible to work in the UK
