Building Surveyor
A dynamic, multi-disciplinary Building Surveying firm is actively seeking a seasoned Building Surveyor to enhance their vibrant team based in Essex.
The Building Surveyor's role
The selected Building Surveyor will be entrusted with a multifaceted portfolio, including the drafting of detailed specifications, managing private residential projects, overseeing substantial extensions ranging from £250k to £500k, and handling educational projects valued over £1M.
This position is not only project-focused but also allows the Building Surveyor to showcase their dedication, drive, and commitment to exceptional client service.
The successful Building Surveyor will have?
- BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or equivalent.
- Proven capabilities in project management, adding significant value to the team.
- A strong understanding of Party Wall matters and Dilapidations.
- A track record of success in negotiation, as well as supervisory and leadership roles.
- Knowledgeable about Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
