overseeing the final results. You will tackle a range of problems, drawing on analysis, project management, and hands-on implementation skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:
  • Perform hands-on analysis across all areas of the Front Office and business lines.
  • Produce technical diagrams, interface specifications, business process workflows, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders, including trading, sales, and COO functions.
  • Implement changes directly where possible.
Project Management:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management and communication.
  • Lead projects involving diverse teams, including developers, other BAs, PMs, outsourced vendors, and testers.
  • Provide technical guidance and project ownership.
  • Report project status to all levels of the business and IT.
Required Experience:
  • *Fixed Income etrading experience as a BA*
  • Proven track record of delivering FO solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience running FO projects and working directly with business stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of STP, affirmation, and clearing workflows.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
  • Proven experience with full project life cycles in investment banking.
  • Familiarity with enterprise delivery and productivity tools such as middleware, data services, Confluence, Jira, and Bamboo.
Technical Knowledge/Skills:
  • Vendor knowledge: ION Trading platform, MarkitWire, various eTrading platforms.
  • Product knowledge: Vanilla bonds, futures, IRS, repos.
  • Visio expertise.
  • Business knowledge of Exotics & Options products (preferred).
  • Murex knowledge (preferred).
This is a contract role in London - hybrid working with 3 days in 2/ from home.

Initial 6 month contractbut large scale project and multiple extensions expected.
