We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst, ideally with experience gained from the higher education sector. 

This project role is expected to last for about 6 months but could be longer. 

Overview of the role: 

    • Mapping and recording the business processes and associated data flows and touch-points for the student journey in a university.
    • Designing a functional model based on these maps for a new satellite campus in a major city.
    • Acting as assurance and single point of contact to a project to replicate these functions in new university locations ensuring that the student journey is replicated.
    • Handling and reporting any ambiguity or variance in processes.
