Business and Finance Lecturer

  • Salary: £35,000-£38,000 per annum
  • Location: Hampshire
  • Job Type: Full-time

We are currently seeking a qualified Business and Finance Lecturer to deliver T Level courses in Accounting and Finance, as well as Level 2 and 3 BTEC in Business. This role is set to commence in the new academic year, and we are open to candidates seeking either full-time or part-time opportunities.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Teach T Level in Accounting and Finance and BTEC Level 2 and 3 in Business.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of FE students.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Engage with students to motivate and inspire them to achieve their full potential.
  • Participate in curriculum development and stay updated with current industry practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous teaching experience at this level is highly desirable.
  • Hold a recognised teaching qualification or be willing to work towards obtaining one.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for teaching and student success.
