Job Title: Business Centre Support Officer
Pay rate: £12.18ph
Duration: temporary for 3 months (could become permanent for the right candidate)
Company: Warwickshire County Council
Hours: Monday to Friday-37 hours
Location: Nuneaton based
Start Date: ASAP

What does the job entail?
On behalf of Warwickshire County Council, Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Business Centre Support Officer to join their Nuneaton based team. This is a high-profile post and would be an ideal opportunity for someone who has experience managing databases, that is looking to gain experience of working for the Council.

You will achieve this by:
  • Providing general and administrative duties, including answering the phones and greeting customers and visitors to our centres
  • Assisting with organising meetings and diary management; sorting and distributing the post and updating databases
  • In addition, you'll be undertaking routine financial processes and help with other duties as directed

What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
  • Own transport due to the nature of the role
  • Previous experience with updating multiple spreadsheets and managing data to a high level of attention to detail
  • Passionate about delivering first class customer service
  • A good level of emotional intelligence
  • Able to prioritize own workload
