Business Change Manager
BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER - INSIDE IR35 - INITAL 6 MONTH CONTRCAT
Loriens Leading public sector client is looking for an experinced Business Change Manager or a heavily chnage focused Project manager to join their team on an iniatl 6 month contract.
Essential Skills
Eligible candidates will have demonstrable experience of delivering change management support on large scale IT system implementation, this includes:
- Communicating and engaging across multiple stakeholders to influence change agenda outcomes.
- Being comfortable operating and delivering tangible results on a complex and face-paced environment.
- Proactively shaping and leading change events which are customer centric.
- Contributing and collaborating with business change colleagues to deliver shared objectives.
- Designing and facilitating customer forums at an organisation level and a wide range of change journey events at an individual level.
- Measuring organisation level engagement and change readiness, and user adoption.
- management to PRINCE2, APM or equivalent level Change Management qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ideal candidate should be organised, resourceful, clear communicator and able to represent the SSP with integrity and credibility at pace with limited resources.
In addition to the Essential Skills, successful candidate will most likely have
- Knowledge of public sector Scotland drivers, landscape, and challenges
- Cultural awareness and ability to adapt sensitively.
- Training and qualifications in a recognised change management methodology (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, ITIL)
- Public sector service delivery and change management.
- CIPD and/or ACCA/CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent
- Experience of Oracle Fusion - ERP, HCM and EPM
