My Client is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth of our organisation. You would be responsible for identifying new opportunities, fostering existing relationships and promoting our products.

The role involves understanding the company’s products/services, market trends, and the competitive environment in a fast-paced environment to develop new business opportunities.

YOU WILL BE:

  • Research and analyse the market for new opportunities.
  • Source and develop client referrals through building strong relationships in the sector.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Make calls/connections to both new and existing clients (using digital & in person opportunities)
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain client relationships.
  • Maintain a customer database using our CRM.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Understand existing client needs and align them with our products/services for growth.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns.
  • Actively generate and qualify warm leads.
  • Identify prospects within the industry.
