Job Requirements

  • Capitalising and converting warm leads from marketing materials
  • Successfully explain all services provided to any potential landlords
  • Onboarding new landlords ensuring all necessary checks are conducted
  • Upselling any services to clients
  • Face to face meeting with clients
  • Managing Landlord relationships once successfully working with the business
  • Working and exceeding targets and KPI’s

Job skills required

  • Proven track record in sales, BDM or account management roles
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written
  • Ability to multi task
  • Property industry experience desirable but not essential
  • Ability to build, maintain and enhance client relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Knowledge of letting desirable
