Business Development Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitios Business Development Manager to join a global leader within the tyre industry.
If you have experience selling truck tyres, we would love to hear from you, though this is not essential.
The key element is your desire to open new doors, expand existing accounts and want to be part of a growing global business.
Product knowledge is desirable for this specialist role, and a proven track record of sales is a distinct advantage!
The job involves the prospecting of new customers, and seeking out opportunities and developing relationships with both dealers and end users.
Development and deployment of a monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plan in line with approved sales strategies, to accomplish volume/margin/mix targets.
Providing training and technical advice to customers, and provide support in customer negotiations.
Collecting market information/sales data to make our offering competitively to against main competitors.
The package for this role:
+ £35,000 - £45,000 gross depending on experience
+ Sales incentives up to 25% of the gross annual base salary on 100% of target
+ company car within the company policy
+ optional private health care
