Business Development Manager
Ezi Klamp Systems is a well-established brand of ModSafe™, specialising in the supply of handrails and access solutions. We are a very growth minded organisation who have consistently outperformed industry average growth trends over the past 5 years. ModSafe structure the business around EOS principles and have a strong leadership and management team in place.
Ezi Klamp Systems are looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive growth in the Install Sales Channel - Growing sales to contractors looking for a supply and fit option. The customer base is medium to large construction companies such as ISG, Bam Construction, Beard etc.
Main responsibilities
1. Growing and maintaining key accounts
2. Identifying contacts within new companies
3. Maximising sales in target industries
4. Maximising Major Infrastructure Projects within target industries
5. Hitting Measurables (KPI's)
Activities
1. Phone calls - Prospecting / New Business
2. Phone calls - Quote Follow Up / Closing
3. F2F Meetings (In person & on Teams) - Introduction
4. F2F Meetings (In person & on Teams) - Big Deal progression
5. Pipeline Management
6. Time & Task Management
7. Internal Meetings
8. Internal Admin (Rocks, to-do's etc)
Skills / Attributes required

Microsoft competency (Excel, Outlook etc.)
Good grasp of English and have courage to ask difficult questions!
In addition, the individual must have a keen desire to achieve set targets; a friendly, personable disposition and excellent communication skills. Attention to detail, self-motivation, loyalty to the business and the ability to follow instructions, analyze and organize daily routine is essential.
Must be able to commute to the office daily.
