Time Recruitment Working with a SME Hire organisation and we are looking for the next Business Development Manager to be part of their strategic growth plans for 2024 and beyond.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the BDM will be responsible to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing relationships to increase profit.

You will be part of a small sales team but will have full autonomy of your day-to-day duties, with the end aim to increase profit - focusing on the North West patch.

They are flexible with office presence and home working, but have set expectations to visit client sites when required. You will be given a company vehicle and fuel card.

Responsibilities:

* Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services
* Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
* Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs
* Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients
* Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients
* Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
* Possessing a strong understanding of the company's products, the competition in the industry and positioning

In return, our client can offer a salary up to £45,000 (DOE) + up to 12% commission structure, leading to potential six-figure OTE - subject to your own performance.
