Business Development Manager Responsibilities
This is a true sales role that will include responsibility for:

  • Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities
  • Building strategic partnerships and fostering existing relationships
  • Delivering sales and revenue targets
  • Representing the company in the field, and at events
  • Working alongside key stakeholders to drive the business forward

Our client is a leading specialist auctioneer of sporting memorabilia. They have a dynamic and forward thinking management team and are looking for significant growth, it's an exciting time to join!

Business Development Manager Experience Essentials
To be successful in this role you will have proven success in a B2B sales role, and will have been responsible for not only identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, but also delivery of sales and revenue targets.

You will be results focussed, live and breathe sports, and have professional experience within the sports industry, and will be confident representing the company out in the field. You will be full of new business development ideas to drive the business forward, be confident communicating these, able to grasp new concepts quickly and think strategically whilst delivering.

You will be a dynamic self-starter who is hungry to win the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sports and who is looking for a role to make their own.


Business Development Manager Location
This is a busy full time role but with flexibility on working hours and location based on performance. You must be able to commute to Henley-on-Thames weekly.
