With a competitive salary range of £30,000.00 - 40,000.00 plus bonus potential, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and play a key role in our business's success.
 
Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities to drive growth and maximize revenue
  • Utilize your expertise in the Human Resources & Recruitment sector to identify and engage with potential clients.
  • Work remotely and autonomously, contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries, initiate contact, and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand clients' hiring needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor our recruitment solutions accordingly.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and value propositions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial and long-lasting partnerships.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development within the Human Resources & Recruitment sector
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a remote working environment.
  • Track record of surpassing targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
