Your new role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Improvement Analyst within our operations team. You will be responsible for delivering strategic and tactical initiatives, using Lean Six Sigma principles, tools and methodologies to optimise processes and increase operational performance, supporting the reduction of costs and driving customer quality. You will work closely with business teams to identify improvement opportunities, create business cases and selling messages, and facilitate project and governance meetings. You will also prioritise and manage multiple competing projects, deadlines, and customer relationships, ensuring effective communication between onshore and offshore teams. The role will be instrumental in upgrading and improving processes in areas such as claims / underwriting and operations.
What you'll need to succeed
This role is perfect for someone who is looking for a challenge and wants to make a real difference to our business. If you have previous experience in a business improvement/operational improvement role within a Insurer, Brokerage or MGA Insurance, are Lean / Six Sigma qualified, and have project management certification,
What you'll get in return
This is a permanent role paying up to £60,000 offering hybrid working of 2 days per week in the office in London or one in the South East.
