Reed Stratford are seeking a Business Manager to manage the permanent recruitment team, working from our Stratford Office, an office with a combined 200 years of recruitment experience.

We are passionate about what we do, which is delivering first class recruitment services to candidates and clients across the East London Area and are looking for someone who shares our passion. We are very proud of our 4.8* Google Review – however, we want to get this to 5* - will you help us do this?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy team as billing business manager and lead the team from the front.

Duties will include:

  • Being responsible for running and growing your own desk whilst supporting a team of consultants.
  • Being responsible for team budgets, team goal setting and strategy leadership
  • Mentoring, coaching and developing a team of consultants for success.
  • Placing business support professionals into permanent positions across East London
  • Delivering unrivalled levels of customer service to all clients and candidates
  • Client relationship management and new business development through sales activities and online and offline networking.

The successful candidate will be:

  • A team player who wants to contribute to the overall success of the region.
  • Pro-active and self-motivated to work to business KPIs.
  • An experienced sales professional or recruitment consultant with demonstrable team leader/management experience.
