Buyer

Buyer - Permanent - London - up to £50,000 plus benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for a Buyer to join a leading organisation based in London. As a buyer in the team, this role will focus on the Food and Beverage category.

This will be a hybrid role where you will be needed in the office 3 days a week.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for end to end supplier management across Food & Beverages
• A keen eye on driving profit performance by negotiating improved commercial terms and managing cost inflation.
• Identifying new commercial opportunities and making recommendations to stakeholders for approval and implementation.

What they are looking for:

• Previous experience of buying/purchasing within a large organisation within either retail or F&B.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Good analysis experience including cost vs benefit.
