No experience required. A great opportunity within financial services and Insurance, to join a fast paced and ever growing company in the Worthing area. This Customer Service role will be based in a small call centre and consists of a high volume of inbound calls from customers, arranging travel insurance cover for new and existing customers, helping them with post purchase queries and amendments. Excellent Customer Service skills, such as a great telephone manner and a willingness to work in a high volume call centre role is all that’s required.

Job duties:

  • Answering customer medical queries around holiday insurance
  • Converting enquiries and existing quotes into sales
  • Sending documents when requested via post or email
  • Updating customers with any changes in the company guidelines
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Skills & experience required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ideally previous call centre experience (not essential as training will be given)
  • Previous Customer Service experience from any background such as retail & hospitality

You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (on a full time basis) and every other Saturday 9am to 2pm. This is a fully office based role. The salary is £22,308 per annum.
