Campaigns Officer - Arts and Culture

Barnet

£25 per hour

Full Time Contract ( 3 months long)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Campaigns Officer - Arts and Culture in Barnet. This is a contract without a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

  • Support on the creation, delivery and evaluation of evidence-based communication projects and campaigns
  • Input to the development and maintenance of a communications forward plan for arts and culture
  • Be prepared to work with a range of service areas and stakeholders on delivery of communications priorities
  • Work with other members of the Campaigns Team, the Content Team and external design providers
  • In conjunction with the Senior Campaigns Manager (Planet), develop engaging content for a wide variety of channels, including for print and digital channels


The candidate:

  • A professional qualification in marketing, communications, public relations or journalism or proven experience (2+ years)
  • Experience of supporting the delivery of successful and high profile communications campaigns based on insight and measurable outcomes
  • Experience of working in a political environment is desirable
  • Up to date knowledge of local government and the challenges it faces is desirable
