Do you have experience as a caretaker? I'm excited to be able to recruit for a local authority who are looking for someone to join their team to oversee properties. You will be visiting properties and supporting the management team making sure everything is up to order.

Please note, this is a Temporary to Permanent position. Meaning, you will be agency for 13 weeks before going permanent. After the 13-week period you will receive a salary of £23,313 with paid entitlements such as holiday and sick pay.

Please note, you must be able to drive to be considered for this post.

Key Duties:

  • Check all communal areas and remedy any faults.
  • Respond immediately to any Health & Safety issues.
  • Check fire alarms and firefighting equipment as per fire regulations.
  • Ensure any security equipment is regularly maintained and monitored,
  • Carry out minor repairs and maintenance, ensuring all repairs are undertaken promptly and to the required standard.
  • Distribute letters, leaflets, and incoming mail on a daily basis.
