Overview:
My client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join our team. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions by preparing legal documents, conducting title searches, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Duties:
- Prepare legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and mortgage documents
- Conduct title searches to ensure property ownership and identify any potential issues or restrictions
- Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Review and interpret property surveys and zoning regulations
- Assist clients with understanding the terms and conditions of their property transactions
- Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales or leases on behalf of clients
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Conveyancer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of property law and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Proficient in using legal software and databases
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field (preferred)
