Bookkeepers of Cornwall, this is the role for you! My client is a very successful firm of Accountants, offering a variety of services to include financial statement preparation and compliance, tax compliance and planning, business advisory, corporate finance and outsourced accounting services. They are currently looking to strengthen their outsourced accounting function with the recruitment of an experienced Client Bookkeeper.

Your duties in this varied role will include:

• Processing sales and purchase invoices

• Preparation of bank and credit card reconciliations

• Processing basic monthly journals

• Preparation of VAT returns

• Preparation of client management accounts

Applications are invited from candidates with full AAT qualifications, or a similar level of practical experience. Ideally you will have strong knowledge of digital accounting software and a very strong background in bookkeeping, preferably in a multiple client environment. Above all, you will have the ability to work effectively in a friendly and deadline driven team environment ensuring a very high level of customer service.
