We are seeking a Client Relationship Administrator with extensive IFA experience to join our team. Previous experience with St. James’s Place is a bonus. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for both new and existing clients, handling queries, processing new business applications, and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing clients, addressing any queries they may have
- Process new business applications and keep clients updated on the progress
- Handle letters of authority and information requests from external providers
- Assist in scheduling meetings for advisers and ensure that all review meetings are booked within appropriate timeframes
- Draft review meeting letters and manage associated regulatory requirements, including Drawdown reviews
- Input and update client information on CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
- Process withdrawal requests and manage switches and portfolio rebalancing
- Prepare Trust documentation and write suitability letters for top-ups on Investments and Pensions

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrator within the IFA sector
- Excellent attention to detail and a good telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during critical periods such as tax year-end
- High degree of literacy in producing letters and reports
- Knowledge of investment products and their processing, including applications, withdrawals, and switches
