Recognised by the Legal 500 and the outstanding Defendant Clinical Negligence department, this is an excellent and quite rare opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a well-regarded Defendant Clinical Negligence team in its Hampshire office.

My client offers flexible hybrid working to suit you, so you can mix your time within the office and remotely from home.

You'll be acting on behalf of the NHSLA, Medical Defence Union, NHS trusts, as well as private hospitals and you will be responsible for handling a varied and diverse caseload of Defendant Clinical Negligence files, from initial interview right through to completion of the matter, alongside assisting the senior team on cases of real complexity.

You will be a qualified Solicitor (NQ-5 years’ PQE).

Hybrid working to all staff.

Although this is a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Associate role, defendant experience is desirable, however if you are from a Claimant background, you will be given equal consideration and are actively encouraged to apply.

The firm offers a market leading salary alongside a full benefits package as just reward for an involving and exciting Hampshire based role.

My client is eager to shortlist for interviews as soon as possible, so please contact me confidentially or send your CV to Chris Rodriguez by applying on-line.

(Please note salary is just a guide, depends on the experience of the candidate).
