As a Clinical Quality and Audit Lead, you will have the opportunity to develop specialist skills and positively impact the lives of vulnerable individuals.

Your role will involve providing clinical leadership, conducting audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives in line with regulatory requirements. With plenty of variety and opportunities for career growth, you will be supported in achieving your professional goals.

Ideally, you will be a registered practitioner (NMC/HCPC) with a strong understanding of audit standards and clinical governance. You should have experience in conducting clinical audits, analyzing data, and implementing changes to improve patient care. Effective communication skills and the ability to lead clinical teams are essential for this role.

You will be working at a specialized 22-bed facility that offers 24-hour nursing and therapy services for individuals with complex neurological conditions. The center focuses on neuro-rehabilitation, tracheostomy, and ventilator care, with well-equipped therapy facilities and adapted bedrooms.

Annual salary of up to £40,000 (37.5 Hours a week)
