CNC Lathe Programmer / Setter / Operator required for a Hatfield based manufacturer. Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturer of precision engineering parts supplying a range of industries including aerospace, defence and robotics who are seeking an experienced CNC Turner with experience with online programming to join the team.

CNC Lathe Programmer / Setter / Operator Position Overview
  • Programming, setting and operating of Mazak CNC lathes
  • Carrying out inspection of first-off parts
  • Ensuring components are manufactured to a high standard in accordance with specifications
  • Seeking opportunity for continuous improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives
CNC Lathe Programmer / Setter / Operator Position Requirements
  • Experience with programming, setting and operating Mazak CNC lathes
  • Experience with Mazak matrix and smooth controls
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Based in a commutable distance of Hatfield in Hertfordshire
CNC Lathe Programmer / Setter / Operator Position Remuneration
  • Competitive salary
  • Monday to Thursday 07:45 - 16:45. Friday 07:45 - 12:45
  • Holiday allowance ad pension
