Collections Assistant
COLLECTIONS ASSISTANT - £12.50 - £13.50 - 3-6 MONTHS - ASAP START DATE - ABINGDON - HYBRID
Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a business in Abingdon that are looking for a full-time Collections Assistant to join the team ASAP for a 3-6 month assignment, offering hybrid working!
- Review and resolve billing issues.
- Using online portals to monitor payment status of uploaded invoices & deal with any rejected invoices.
- Use of Salesforce to communicate with all levels of the business.
- Manage customer calls.
- Work with other departments to solve customer queries.
- Chase outstanding debt once all of the above criteria are met (Credit control).
Requirements:
- GCSE or equivalent education passes in English and Maths
- Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role within a similar industry
- Possess excellent IT skills, including experience of working with Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, portals, Sage Line 500 and Microsoft D365 would be beneficial.
