- Conduct thorough analyses of client's existing insurance arrangements to pinpoint coverage gaps.
- Skilfully negotiate with insurance providers to secure optimal rates and terms on behalf of clients.
- Guide clients through insurance applications and associated documentation with precision.
- Exemplify superior customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Remain abreast of industry dynamics, regulatory shifts, and alterations in insurance policies.
- Employ telemarketing methodologies to effectively connect with prospects and cultivate leads.
