Your new role

You will handle a variety of commercial conveyancing transactions for both freehold and leasehold and advise commercial landlords and tenants, property developers, businesses and individuals on a wide range of commercial property matters.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in commercial financing and business lending.
• Competency in drafting conditional contracts and option agreements.
• Experience in rent review and estate management
