The role involves providing expert legal advice on a range of issues, including property acquisitions and disposals, lease negotiations, and portfolio management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm's clients, ranging from SMEs to large corporations, ensuring their property transactions are executed with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial property contracts and agreements.
- Advising on property finance, development projects, and land use.
- Conducting due diligence and risk assessments for property transactions.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property law.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
