Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial property transactions, ensuring smooth acquisitions and sales
- Provide guidance on development projects, from planning to sale
- Advise on commercial leasing and asset management
- Structure and negotiate property finance deals
Ideal Candidate:
- 1-6 years' PQE in commercial property law
- Strong client focus with excellent communication and negotiation skills
